Take a brisk walk or jog outside -- maybe some music, no cell phone, just you.
You don't have to get off the beaten path.
Even a circuit around your neighborhood will work.

Instead, learn from the experience and be guided by the lessons you get from it.
Ask God’s help to transform your life and leave the undesirable things or habits that
you have. Continuously evaluate yourself and try as you may to focus on the goods
you have. Never get tired asking and talking to God.
Constant communication with God can do wonders in his own way and in his own time.
Whether you regularly take a few minutes out of your day or set aside a specific timeframe, meditation is a wonderful way to help train your mind to remain in the present moment.
Mindfulness meditation is aimed at restoring a normal or natural state of awareness — the one we were born into.
Meditation in its simplest and most universal definition is “a mental discipline involving attention regulation”.
Mindfulness is a particular form of meditation which, by and large, uses the sensory input of the body as a gateway for the mind to get back in touch with the present moment.
Mindfulness meditation is also a foundation for examining the way we think, with the potential to reduce depression and anxiety.
Before breakfast and dinner are good times to practise because eating precedes a low point for the metabolism and sleep occurs more readily.

I am a great lover of nature, when I am out there I feel like talking to God without saying anything.
Being a mother of two little ones I don't always get a chance to meditate as I would like to, and when this is the case I plug into the Mindfulness. I think it's great way to reconnect with my real nature-awareness. I call it resetting myself.
